Notification of Nov. 7 Club Elections

A little background: We have decided to synchronize our previously rotating board and officer election cycles. To do that the term for the open positions this year will be one year. This does not change our bylaws which states each director serves a term of two years with a maximum of three consecutive terms before he or she must take a year off before standing for election as a director again. No director shall serve more than a total of six terms. Also, the board approved Clay’s eligibility to run for this one-year term.

Club leaders are determined by a majority vote of members present at a club meeting. 2017 update will be held at the November monthly meeting.
